Filter Vessels

WW Tank & Vessel manufactures quality filtration equipment for the oilfield and petrochemical industries. We are able to meet our customers needs and  provide complete design and engineering services in filtration and pressure vessels. WW offers ASME housings to accept all commercially available filter cartridges. Our complete engineering and CAD departments, along with our fabrication capabilities allow us to satisfy the most difficult design requirements with a minimum of hassles or delays.

PSE Series Filter Vessels

PSE

WW Tank & Vessel ‘PSE’ series vessel are designed to use 10”, 20”, 30” and 40” filter cartridges. These vessels are capable of providing flow rates to 1575gpm. The pressure rating for the ‘PSE’ Series is up to 1440psig. Larger vessels available. The ‘PSE’ series vessels will accommodate a wide variety of 2 1/2” diameter cartridges including: string wound, resin impregnated, and pleated paper.

 

All WW ‘PSE’ series vessels are designed in accordance with the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, Section VIII, Division 1; with the ‘U’ stamp optional. All ‘PSE’ series vessels feature inlet and outlet inline for ease of installation in existing lines.

WW ‘ACME’ series vessels are designed for high pressure applications using wide variety of filter cartridges. These vessels are capable of providing flow rates to 1800 gpm. The pressure rating for theACME Series is up to 3000 psig.

 

The ACME series vessels are designed in accordance with the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, Section VIII, Division 1; with the ‘U’ stamp optional. All ‘MTE’ series vessels feature inlet and outlet inline for ease of installation in existing lines.
